Easy Recipes: Cod with spinach, sultanas and pine kernels.

Ingredients

  • 600 g (21 oz) desalted cod
  • 2 jars of Mar-Tret spinach  
  • 1 finely-chopped onion
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • Water and salt





Instructions

1. Coat the cod in flour, fry it and set it aside.

2. Put a small amount of oil in a saucepan and brown the onion. Empty the two jars of Mar-Tret spinach in and stir well.

3. Place the cod over the spinach and add a small amount of water. Cover it and let it finish cooking all together.
