Oncle Lluís Vinaigrette

We realised that something was missing when it came to dressing salads, an ingredient to make them especially delicious and even tastier. This led to the creation of ONCLE LLUÍS VINAIGRETTE.

Created using everyday natural ingredients, this VINAIGRETTE is a perfectly balanced blend of extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, roast pepper, onion and salt to season. All of these ingredients are basic to our Company and, by mixing them together, we have created a delicious dressing that enhances the enjoyment of any salad.

An ideal accompaniment to lettuces, endives, tomato, carrot, etc. In addition, it makes a tasty pasta sauce. Thanks to its gentle flavour, it can also be added to other dishes.
