Onion Soup
We prepare this delicious onion soup with top quality onions from Valencia and with the most excellent European style.
Its composition is constituted from: onions, virgin olive oil, tomato, salt, garlic, species and aromatic herbs. All of them are in a proportion that allows to obtain more than two plates from a 340 grams concentrated jar, after adding equal amount of water to achieve its delicious flavor.
Suggestions: The onion soup is usually consumed with a boiled egg, thin slices of bread, grated cheese and oven broiled.
As a gastronomic novelty we encourage drinking it cold in summer, as if it were Vichyssoise, just add very cold water and with the same proportion to obtain the desired flavor.
