Pepper Sauce
We obtain this SALSA using the roasted pepper combined with other vegetables, species and dried fruits, and as a complement to the basis we add virgin olive oil.
Our market is increasingly rich in sauces and is very generous with raw materials to produce very varied dishes; this SALSA is one of them. It can be combined with vegetables (salads, leeks, boiled vegetables), with roasted or grilled meats; and served with fried cod or any other fish; it considerably enriches its flavor.
Suggestion: The 3 delicias rice (or rice salad) that we find in the frozen market is useful to prepare a very quick plate. After it is defrost we fry the rice in the frying pan, and we mix uniformly the salsa de Pebrots in the plate. The result is a very tasty plate.
