Peepers

This delicious dish is prepared with the finest selection of red peppers in the market, praiseworthy to serve with an infinite number of plates.

They are roasted in the heat of the grill, and when ready, they are hand peeled and processed, with the purpose of keeping its entire exquisite flavor. Then they are placed in the jars and covered up with virgin olive oil; its best preservative.

Suggestion: Take a toast of bread, spread it with mayonnaise, and add crumbles of tuna and some slices of pepper. Try it, it is delicious.
