Pears au vin
A well conserved dessert is a good chance to taste a fine fruit at any time of the day, as the perfect end to a good meal, pears au vin may be the ideal dessert due to the softness to the touch and the moderation in the amount of wine accompanying them.
Starting out with the Conference pear variety, properly pealed and sliced, sprinkled with Cavernet Souvignon and Merlot wines, regardless of which, sugar and aromatic spices; we have achieved this smooth flavour accompanying this fruit, which is delicious in itself.
Without conservatives, sterilised at 120º C, their conservation is therefore guaranteed for a long period of time.
Suggestion for eating: Accompanied by whipped cream, the presentation on the plate is more attractive and enhances the flavour of the dessert.
