Escalivada
The three vegetables that make up the ESCALIVADA are selected because if its size and quality, as all our products. Thus, we accomplish uniformity in cooking and the virtue of its authentic flavor.
The ESCALIVADA, is a plate born in the bosom of country families from Cataluña, it is the combination of three vegetables conveniently roasted (peppers, eggplants and onions) peeled and seasoned. It is known and consumed since the time when its farming started. Regarding a balanced diet its consequences are very rewarding, because its variety in flavor and the richness of its gastronomic components for a good health.
The three vegetables are packed in jars distributed in different proportions, with the purpose of obtaining its finest culinary combination.
Suggestion: The ESCALIVADA is preferably consumed by itself, although now an increasing number of fine gourmets serve it with every kind of stewed, roasted or fried plates.
