Cod Brandada
The Brandada de Bacalao in not a new plate. Until now we found it fresh and vacuum closed, or frozen. Now we offer it in a jar, with no need of refrigeration and with no additives or preservatives. Its composition allows tasting all the flavor of the BACALAO enriched with fine herbs, species and virgin olive oil.
Suggestions:
Some "skewers" done from puff pastry with BRANDADA de BACALAO and grated cheese are an important component for appetizers.
Pour the BRANDADA de BACALAO in a stainless service dish, add béchamel sauce over and put it in the oven. It is delicious as a sampling plate.
The piquillo peppers are usually stuffed with different meats or fish. If we stuff them with BRANDADA de BACALAO, we can stew or roll them in flour and fry them in the pan. They are appetizing in any of the two ways.
